Nora is an Information Technology Service Management executive leader whose 25 year’s experience covers every area of Service Management design, implementation, operations, and support. With extensive accomplishments in IT operations management, service level management, network support, desktop support, sales support, and process engineering/design, her focus always remains on elevating customer service in all IT service delivery strategies.
Over the course of her career, Nora has had the opportunity to express her passion for customer care in multiple industries including commercial insurance, software development, healthcare insurance, financial services, and health system services. Her current role is helming the Service Management Office of a $7.5B healthcare organization serving the information technology needs of 30,000 associates. Under her leadership, IT Service Management plays a crucial role in elevating the quality of service delivery from IT around clinical care, educational services, and research, a particularly difficult challenge during the pandemic.
A people person with a passion for building diverse teams, leveraging individual strengths, and developing new leaders, Nora focuses on cultivating a culture of associate empowerment and caring.
Within the broader Service Management community, Nora has earned her national recognition and awards as a thought leader and change agent sharing her knowledge and passion through her work as a speaker, leadership coach, mentor and author.
A lifelong learner, Nora completed The Wharton School of Executive Education's "Global CXO Certification" this year to compliment her Bachelors in Business Management and many service management certifications including "Certified ITIL Expert".

Nora is a caring, creative servant leader in the service management space, driven by the mission of improving the customer experience in any industry. Her skills as an observant mentor and coach allow her to support and raise leaders, and this is complimented by her tenacious and resourceful execution of thoughtful plans to improve business outcomes in the real world. She is increasingly ambitious around the goal of inspiring young talent and motivating them to achieve their maximum career and life potential, and Nora is resourceful in finding ways and channels to achieve her own personal goals in life.
Her goal is to live a life of purpose, pride and peace. Nora believes in the law of attraction, in the immense ability for people to manifest all that they desire. She is a believer in the power of believing and the creative spirit of our minds. Nora believes in being positive and aspires to light the torch for others who yearn for a bright path ahead. She describes herself as noble, organized, resilient, and artistic. She hopes to make things better, one day at a time.
Nora's Norvana (joys in life): Nurturing (adult) children, gardening- tending to the perpetual beauty around us, photography- capturing every precious moment with photography, design- in every facet. Nora loves beauty and beautifying everything around her. Every day is a blank canvas, the possibilities are endless. Nora is also passionate about helping others, whether through friendly words of encouragement, as a mentor, or more structured coaching. She prides herself on lifting others up, and helping those with leadership potential achieve their fullest potential.
